The CA will create the pre-planning, on-site and post-assessment activities – at the Corporate Level. A baseline of current key Corporate - metrics will be established and validated. -  The Corporate Recipe will be radically questioned. A metric system will be established for Client’s use in monitoring and sustaining - - those controls. The Metrics will be summarized in the final on-site presentation along with targets and goals to clearly show the realistic potential growth.

SSC shall analyze data provided by the Client to establish a baseline of the Client’s existing processes and procedures. An initial assessment request will be sent immediately to start the analysis.

Typically during the SSC on-site assessment there have been key findings and recommendations that the client can implement immediately.  Results of incremental growth ranged between $250K-and $3.5 million US
